Group coaching
In a group or team coaching setting, you will individually become aware of your own role within the team. Leading through transition

Training & workshop
I see trainings and workshops as an interactive way to learn and grow through inspiring input, structuring complex sets of facts, exchanging experiences among participants and linking learnings back to each individual situation.
My personal education and experience in psychology and leadership, as a woman in a leadership position, in balancing work and family, in living as an expat in a foreign country, as well as in being an entrepreneur, allow me to tailor-design trainings and workshops on a broad range of topics.
